FARMERS BRANCH, TX-- The Dallas Christian College men's basketball team defeated Champion Christian College on Tuesday night 88-75 in a key regional match-up.

DCC took control of the game from start to finish and were able to keep a double-digit lead for most of the game. DCC shot 52% from the field for the game, which ultimately led the Crusaders to its third straight victory.

DCC shot 37-50 (52%) from the field, 13-28, (46%) from the three-point line, and shot 1-8 (12.5%) from the free-throw line. DCC had 12 second chance points, 38 points in the paint, 25 bench points, and 19 points off turnovers. 

Ny'gel Boozer had an electric night offensively with 23 points on 9-16 shooting from the field, and 4-6 from the three-point line. Nick Lancit was perfect from the field shooting 8-8 with 19 points and 4 rebounds. Blake Walker had a solid night with 16 points on 6-10 shooting from the field and 4-7 shooting from the three-point line.

DCC will be back at home on Saturday for Senior Day as the Crusaders host Randall University at 3 PM.
