FARMERS BRANCH, TX-- The Dallas Christian College men's basketball team defeated College of Biblical Studies on Dallas Wings night by a score of 94-84, led by an offensive explosion from
Blake Walker with 25 points.
DCC started off strong edging out to a 7 point lead at halftime, and were able to maintain the lead to grasp a 94-84 victory.
DCC shot 39-78 (50%) from the field, 11-28 (39.3%) from the three-point line, and 5-7 (71%) from the free-throw line. DCC had 46 points in the paint, 10 points off turnovers, 36 bench points, and 4 second chance points.
Blake Walker was on fire as he had 25 points on 9-11 shooting from the field, and 6-7 from the three-point line.
Ny'gel Boozer scored 12 points and 7 assists.
Nick Lancit had 12 points on 5-12 shooting from the field.
Ronald Ducros had another double-digit rebound night with 12 boards.
Terius Maxie had 12 points on 6-7 shooting from the field. The Crusaders will be back in action on Tuesday night at 7 PM against Champion Christian College.
