TYLER, TX-- The Dallas Christian College men's basketball team suffered a 96-48 loss against UT-Tyler on Saturday, December 10 at the Herrington Patriot Center. This game is an exhibtion and does not count towards overall record.

As a team DCC shot 18-53 (34%) from the field, 6-25 (24%), and 6-9 (66%) from the free-throw line. The Crusaders had 30 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 blocks, and 3 steals. DCC also tallied 2 second chance points, 16 points in the paint, 4 fast-break points, 6 points off turnovers, and 6 bench points.

Jairus Allen scored 23 points and secured 5 rebounds on 9-14 shooting from the field. Caleb Willis scored 9 points on 4-9 shooting from the field. DCC will be on the road against St. Mary's University on Saturday, Dec. 17.
