HOUSTON, TX-- The Dallas Christian College women's basketball team suffered a 68-65 loss on the road against College of Biblical Studies on Tuesday night at Fonde Community Center.
The Crusaders held the lead throughout the game, but the Ambassadors grasped control, never looking back and holding on to a 68-65 victory.
The Crusaders shot 24-77 (31%) from the field, 4-15, (27%) from the three-point line, and 13-21 (62%) from the free-throw line. DCC had 28 points in the paint, 20 second chance points, 40 points off turnovers.
Kania Prichett had 11 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals on 5-16 shooting from the field.
Brooke Nails had 11 points and 3 assists on 5-14 shooting from the field.
Kera Martinez had 10 points, 5 steals, 3 assists, and 5 rebounds.
DeMia Jackson had 9 points and 11 rebounds.
Arianna Prichett had 10 points and 3 rebounds. The Crusaders will play Pensacola Christian College on Friday night at 6 PM.
