FARMERS BRANCH, TX-- The Dallas Christian College Women's Basketball team had a dominant win on Wednesday night against College of Biblical Studies on Dallas Wings Night. The Lady Crusaders won by a score of 97-35.
The Lady Crusaders dominated the game from start to finish. They scored 20 or more points in each quarter.Â
DCC was 41-76 (53%) from the field, 6-13 (46%) from the three-point line, and 9-13 (69.2%) from the free-throw line. DCC had 60 points in the paint, 17 second chance points, 55 bench points, 22 points off turnovers. DCC also had 42 rebounds, 32 assists, and a season-high 97 points.Â
Atiana Cook had a solid game with 13 points, 8 assists, and 5 rebounds.
Kera Martinez had 12 points on 5-10 shooting from the field.
Chloe Buckner had 19 points on 8-13 shooting from the field. Demia Jackson had 10 points and
Maddison Sanchez also had 10 points.Â
The Lady Crusaders will be back in action on Tuesday, Feb.11 at 5 p.m. in a pivotal regional matchup against Champion Christian College.
