HAWKINS, TX-- The Dallas Christian College Men's Basketball team suffered an 80-67 loss on the road against Jarvis Christian University on Thursday night.
The Crusaders were up 37-34 at halftime, but were not able to hold-off a surgical offensive response from the Bulldogs in the second half to secure an 80-67 lead, scoring 46 points in the second half.
The Crusaders shot 22-71 (31%) from the field, 4-20 (20%) from the three-point line, and 19-29 (65%) from the free-throw line.Â
Carlas Canady had a solid night with 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals.
Grayson Bell had 10 points and 1 rebound.
Ayo Awoyomi had 10 points and 1 rebound. The Crusaders will be back in action Saturday afternoon against Southeastern Baptist College.
