DALLAS, TX-- The Dallas Christian College women's basketball team defeated Randall by a score of 75-61 at home on Saturday after-noon in a conference game.
DCC was able to dominate both sides of the ball and put together a full game with the 14 point victory. The Lady Crusaders shot 29-68 (42%) from the field, 12-28 (42%) from the three-point line, and 5-10 (50%) from the free-throw line. DCC scored 38 points off Turnovers, and 18 points off the bench.
Five different players for the Lady Crusaders were in double figures.
Naiya Brown scored 20 points and had 6 rebounds.
Mckayla Washington had 14 points.
Yvonne Fuerte had a near double-double with 11 points and 9 assists.
Amber Covington had 11 points and 9 rebounds.
Rakia Lee had 15 points on 6-12 shooting from the field. DCC will be back at home against Southwestern Adventist University on Thursday, Feb. 9 at 5 p.m.Â
