FARMERS BRANCH, TX-- The Dallas Christian College Crusaders won 2 out of 3 games against Kansas Christian College winning the series. The Crusaders lost game 1 6-0, won game 2 10-5, and won game 3 in 10 innings 15-14.

Game 1: The Crusaders were not able to get the bats going as they lost 6-0. Jonas Ledesma went 2 for 3 at the plate. Bryce Garza pitched 4 innings allowing 9 hits, 5 runs and 3 strikeouts. 

Game 2: The Crusaders were victorious in game 2, using a 5 run 3rd inning to to power its team to victory. Nathan Fuentes went 2 for 3 with an RBI. Wyatt Smith went 3 for 4 with 3 RBI's. Kreed Jones went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI's. Max Zierau was the winning pitcher going 4 innings allowing 4 runs, 7 hits, and had 2 strikeouts.

Game 3: The Crusaders scored 11 runs in the final 5 innings on its way to a 15-14 victory in extra innings on a sacrifice bunt by Saul Balderas. Wyatt Smith went 3 for 6 at the plate with an RBI. Nathan Fuentes went 3 for 5 at the plate with 4 RBI's. Jonas Ledesma went 2 for 6 at the plate with 2 RBI's. Jude Flores went 4 for 4 at the plate with 3 RBI's.

The Crusaders will be back in action on Tuesday March 24 at 12 and 2:30 p.m. against Austin College at home.
