SB: The Dallas Christian College Women's Softball team competed in the River City Classic on Saturday afternoon against Jackson State University and Grambling State University. The Crusaders lost 12-0 against Jackson State University and picked up its biggest win in program history with a 5-4 victory against Grambling State University.
Game 1: Jackson State led from start to finish, defeating the Crusaders 12-0.

Kaylee Brent went 1 for 2.
Game 2:
Laila Robins hit a walk-off RBI single scoring
Julia Saucedo to help the Crusaders capture a 5-4 victory on the road, downing an NCAA DI team for the first time in program history.
Erin Thibault went 2 for 4 with 1 RBI.
Kaylee Brent went 2 for 4 at the plate.
Mia Moreno went 2 for 3.
Nizhoni Yellow pitched 7 innings allowing 12 hits, 2 earned runs, and 2 strikeouts in 34 batters faced.Â
The Crusaders are back in action today against Alabama A&M and Alcorn State at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
