FARMERS BRANCH, TX-- The Dallas Christian College Crusaders dominated from start to finish on Saturday afternoon against Ozark Christian College with a 79-61 victory on senior day where the lone senior on the team
DeMia Jackson was honored after the game.
The Crusaders jumped out to a 9 point lead in the first quarter and never looked back, controlling the game from start to finish.
The Crusaders shot 29-80 (36%) from the field, 9-28 (32%) from the three-point line, and 12-20 (60%) from the free-throw line. DCC had 12 second chance points, 20 points off turnovers, and 28 bench points.
Kera Martinez had 15 points and 5 rebounds.
DeMia Jackson had a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Brooke Nails had 11 points and 7 rebounds.
Arianna Prichett had 10 points.
The Crusaders will be back at home Thursday, Feb.6 at 5 PM against College of Biblical Studies.
