HOUSTON, TX-- The Dallas Christian College men's basketball team dominated with a 79-62 win on Tuesday night on the road against College of Biblical Studies for its second consecutive Southwest Region victory.
The Crusaders held the lead early, using balanced offense and swarming defense to pick up the 79-62 victory,
The Crusaders shot 24-52 (46%) from the field, 3-11 (27%) from the three-point line, and 28-42 (67%) from the free-throw line. The Crusaders had 38 points in the paint, 24 points off turnovers, and 10 second chance points.
Carlas Canady had 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists.
Nick Lancit had 12 points, 3 steals, and 4 rebounds.
Seth Mays had 10 points on 4-5 shooting from the field.
Terius Maxie had 9 points and 6 rebounds.Â
Promise Elem had 7 points, 4 steals, and 6 rebounds. The Crusaders will be back on the court Tuesday Jan. 27 hosting Arlington Baptist University at 7 PM.
