ARLINGTON, TX-- The Dallas Christian College women's basketball team pulled off a 9 point comeback in the second-half outscoring the Patriots 26-12 in the fourth quarter en route to a 74-70 victory.
The Crusaders kept fighting throughout the whole game, overcoming multiple deficits and holding onto the 74-70 victory against the Patriots.
The Crusaders shot 26-71 (37%) from the field, 6-14 (43%) from the three-point line, and 16-27 (59%) from the free-throw line. The Crusaders had 26 points in the paint, 6 second chance points, 21 bench points, and 29 points off turnovers.
The Crusaders had 36 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 blocks, 13 steals, and 74 points.
Kera Martinez had 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists.
Brooke Nails had 18 points and 2 rebounds.
Kania Prichett had 15 points on 6-13 shooting from the field.
Arianna Prichett had 11 points on 3-6 shooting from the field. The Crusaders will be back in action on Saturday against Randall University at 12 PM.
