FARMERS BRANCH, TX-- The Dallas Christian College Women's Basketball team suffered a 67-58 loss on Saturday afternoon against Wiley University in a highly competitive matchup.
The Crusaders trailed early, but fought hard to cut into the lead, but were not able to come over the deficit as they lost 67-58. The Crusaders shot 22-74 (30%) from the field, 7-25 from the three-point line, and 7-15 (47%) from the free-throw line.
DCC had 8 second chance points, 20 points in the paint, 22 points off turnovers, and 23 bench points.
Chloe Buckner had 17 points on 6-14 shooting from the field and 5-9 from the three-point line.
Brooke Nails had 11 points and 4 assists.
The Crusaders will be back in action in an exhibition game against Oklahoma Christian on Mon, Dec. 1 at 5 PM.
