CONWAY, AK-- The Dallas Christian College Men's Basketball team suffered an 87-73 loss on the road Saturday afternoon at Reddin Fieldhouse against Central Baptist College.
The Crusaders started off strong, but the balanced offensive attack from the Mustangs prevailed as the Crusaders lost 87-73 on the road.
DCC shot 26-78 (33%), 7-33 (21%) from the three-point line, and 14-21 (67%) from the free-throw line. DCC had 19 second chance points, 38 points in the paint, 6 fast-break points, 13 points off turnovers, and 35 bench points.
Carlas Canady had a team-high 14 points and 6 rebounds on 4-10 shooting from the field and 5-8 from the free-throw line.
Nick Lancit had 11 points and 3 assists.
Terius Maxie had 10 points and 6 rebounds.
The Crusaders will play Midwestern State University on Monday night before taking a break for Thanksgiving.
