Box Score WAXAHACHIE TX-- The Dallas Christian College men's soccer team lost 3-1 in a hard fought game against Southwestern Assemblies of God University on Tuesday evening at Moneygram Park.

In the first half, SAGU jumped off to a hot start with two goals in the first thirty minutes to gain momentum for the rest of the match. In the second half, DCC came out playing with intensity and urgency as Jaime Becerra-Esparza blasted a goal into the back of the net to cut the deficit to 2-1. Ten minutes later the Lions put the game away with a game-sealing goal as they did not allow a goal for the remainder of the game.

DCC had 10 shots on goal, 15 overall, 4 saves and 3 corner kicks. The Crusaders will travel to Manhattan Christian College on Friday for a NCCAA matchup.
